The Delivery
The Legacy Leadership Program was developed and is facilitated by Jarod Bormann, Director of Learning and Marketing at the Earthmoving Legacy Center.
With 20 years in education, a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology, authorship of a book on adult learning, and more than two decades of applying leadership principles through coaching and teaching, Jarod brings both instructional depth and practical leadership experience focused on driving measurable behavior change.
The program reflects years of designing adult learning experiences inside performance-driven environments, where results matter and behavior change is the standard.
