EARTHWORKS SCOREBOARD®

Earthworks Scoreboard® is a two-day, in-person workshop for earthmoving companies that want clearer production visibility and better profit control while the dirt is still moving—not after the job is over.

Most projects don’t lose money because people aren’t working hard. They lose money because production isn’t measured clearly, information moves too slowly, and teams aren’t aligned on what “winning” actually looks like. Earthworks Scoreboard® teaches companies how to measure work by the second, create a shared score, and adjust faster when conditions change.

Built and proven over 75 years at C.J. Moyna & Sons and delivered exclusively at the Earthmoving Legacy Center, this class focuses on what actually drives results: planning the work, selecting and using equipment correctly, tracking production in real time, and tying daily field decisions to financial outcomes.

This is not a lecture and it’s not designed for individual attendees. Earthworks Scoreboard® is limited to vetted company groups so leadership, project teams, and field leaders learn together. Companies leave with a shared operating framework, a clearer way to run projects, and the ability to move dirt more efficiently in order to GROW PROFITS.
